The 5th International Patient and Physician Summit on Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia will be held from October 13th through October 14th, 2018 at the New York Marriott Downtown. The venue chosen for this meeting is one of New York City’s premier hotels, the New York Marriott Downtown Hotel and Conference Center, situated in Lower Manhattan near Battery Park. The hotel nestles in one of the city’s most historic areas near Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial Museum and One World Observatory. Online registration begins January 2018. Onsite registration and check-in will be available beginning on October 12th, 2018.

This will be a 1½ day conference updating patients, caregivers, and local oncologists with goals to further the understanding of diagnosis, predispositions, disease morbidities, upfront and relapsed refractory treatment approaches, interactive case presentations, and an international panel for “Meet the Professor” on Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia.

Special Exhibits of the IWWM-10 Junior Investigator Poster presentations, WM-related Foundations and Pharmaceutical booths will be available in the Financial Ballroom Foyer during the Summit for review and discussion.

Attendance to this Conference will be gratis due to generous grants from the pharmaceutical companies. Registration is mandatory.  Please click the Registration link above to register.

The evening of Saturday, October 13th, is open time, so you can explore New York City.

We expect this international Summit to be as comprehensive as the last one, which includes multiple sessions with dozens of technical presentations. Since the Patient and Physician Summit began in 2005, the number of participating national and international attendees has steadily grown to over 30 countries.

The Patient and Physician Summit on Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia will continue the mission to enrich each attendee’s understanding and help foster discoveries and collaborations leading to more effective treatments and ultimately find a cure for Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Workshop!
